The Rothschild-Pound House Inn - Columbus, GA

This was a much needed update to their website which we had designed 10 years ago. We converted the static HTML to dynamic PHP using a custom WordPress theme, making it easy for them to maintain the site and added a blog so they can publish their own mini press releases.

The new design features beautiful photography presented in large animated slideshows along with easily updated photo galleries. We also included random ads in the sidebar to promote add-on sales.

Aside from the newer look and function of the website, probably the most important new feature is the easy social bookmarking feature allowing people to share a page with their friends on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. with just a couple of mouse-clicks. They were already at the top in the search engines, but these features will expose them to people who were not even searching for them in the form of a recommendation from a "friend."

Becky Morris - Atlanta, GA

Like many other real estate agents, Becky wanted to build her own brand and not be tied to the website provided by the company. She had tried several other real estate agent website solutions, but still wasn't getting the results she wanted. They suffered from limited search engine optimization, extensive use of syndicated (non-unique) content, and limited design flexibility. Becky specializes in Brookhaven homes and Dunwoody homes and wanted to be able to target neighborhoods in north Atlanta.

For Becky to achieve a higher search ranking, she needed to have original content, so we created a custom WordPress theme designed to meet her needs as a real estate agent. Now she can easily add her own "unique" content, including property listing details with photo slideshows or video, news and community event blog posts. The site is tightly integrated with her Social Media sites, like Facebook, Twitter and Kudzo.

The results have been nothing short of amazing. She has a steady stream of visitors and amazingly qualified leads who feel like they already know her and want to work with her. 2010 is going to be her best year ever, in spite of the bad economy.

Methane Studios - Atlanta, GA

The guys at Methane Studios need to make website updates almost daily as they roll out new poster designs for Dave Matthews Band and others. Their old website was made of static HTML and was very difficult to maintain as they continued to add new content. They wanted to change to something they could manage themselves and that would be flexible enough to handle all kinds of content from photos to videos and sound files.

We built the new website on the WordPress platform incorporating a very special custom theme. The new site makes it very easy for them to add new posters and news updates and at the same time the presentation is much more user friendly.

They combine news announcements about upcoming poster releases with Constant Contact e-mail marketing and it is not unusual for their new posters to sell out within a few minutes of release.

Stress Free Kids - Marietta, GA

featured on ABC's "Shark Tank"

This website is a perfect example of the power of solid design leveraging the power of social bookmarking. Stress Free Kids changed the name of their company and their web address to improve their branding. In addition to creating an engaging new graphic design, we used WordPress as the backend to build their new website because we wanted to incorporate blogging and social bookmarking features. The built-in RSS Feed allows visitors to subscribe to content and easily share the site with friends through Twitter and Facebook and email. As a result, they achieved a top Google ranking in less than a week.

The website has gone through several re-designs as business has grown and a simple search for "magic elf" will show that we have done what is necessary to rank at the top in the search engines. Euchee Marina, Resort and Campground is the premier marina on Watts Bar Lake, featuring first class marina accommodations, professional staff, newly renovated lodge, first class dining, campgrounds and a relaxed family-friendly environment.

The new owners of this marina have done an extensive upgrade to the facilities with the goal of creating a full-service destination resort. They wanted a website with lots of high-impact photos and the result really makes you want to go there and have fun.
 

The Customer Care Institute (CCI) is an international resource organization that assists Customer Care professionals with improving the delivery of corporate Customer Care. It focuses on issues found in the Customer Service, Consumer Affairs, Teleservices and Help Desk professions.

Using open source software, we developed a website that merges an extensive collection of static content, an online storefront, and a message forum. All elements of the site use access control to determine who gets to see what and give price discounts to paid members. The client uses a simple administration control panel to add or modify content.
 

Kimmeron - New York, NY

This custom e-commerce site was developed for a jewelry manufacturer/retailer. Its most notable feature is the clean, user-friendly design. The inventory can be searched in various ways to easily locate the desired item(s). Product information and pricing is easily maintained by any authorized person through the web-based Merchant Administrator. All product pages include "Tell-a-Friend" functionality encouraging visitors to advertise the site to their friends as well as popup window image enlargements.

A major supplier of musical intruments and equipment to churches, bands, theater and stage shows, they needed to upgrade their self-built website to be easier to use and more professional looking. They were already using a shopping cart and we upgraded it to a newer professional version of the same shopping cart using a MySQL database to manage product and customer information.
